Before founding Minsky Law LLC, Matthew was a litigator at a prominent boutique law firm in Philadelphia, where he represented individuals and businesses in high-stakes litigation. His work included handling significant injury cases as well as complex business disputes, which earned him a reputation for his thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy, and commitment to achieving exceptional results for his clients.

Earlier in his legal career, Matthew served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, a Legal Intern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and a Law Clerk at a highly acclaimed medical malpractice law firm in Philadelphia.

While at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Matthew conducted extensive research on blockchain technology and the legal challenges surrounding digital asset and currency custodianship. He also served as an Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and was the recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award upon graduation. During his studies at Penn, Matthew earned a Business Economics and Public Policy Certificate from Wharton.
